First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.

I recently booked a cruise and was very disappointed with how the agent messed up the entire package of extras. However Icruise was very concerned that a mistake had been made and went over and above to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and the best you can hope or is that the company cares and will make it right.

About 1 week after booking my wife lost her job. I tried calling James to cancel for a few days and finally got him and he said the $500 would be returned but your fee of $181 would be forfeited. He stated he would send the membership to his manager for cancellation approval. Several days passed and I saw no credit for membership even though no benefits were used. I never heard from anyone and I would never recommend this company.

Not fair your reps come across very cordial, yet the issue presented falls by the wayside….. When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. We were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.
Don't get excited about the price until actually booked
I recently lost my 16-year old son, Aiden; and I decided to take this trip with my younger son and husband. I am broken-hearted—thinking how I could possibly go on this trip, continue the journey of life without Aiden. When I called, I was greeted by a warm personality, travel advisor, Martin Brooks. He was professional, helpful, and most of all, he was very kind. I appreciated his patience and the respectful manner of his communication. Thank you, Martin, for taking time to help me book this trip.
So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

Doesn’t complain about cancellations, there have been a lot of those recently. She’s a true professional and knows the cruise business. Lots of good inside information and tips, things I just can’t find online. Dear Mike, We apologize for the issue you experienced.
10 days prior we began process…Attempted 4 TIMES to upgrade our trip…. Spoke to Joann first….the next THREE 3… reps referenced her notes….gave the same answer! A representative will be back to you within 24 hours…. Enjoyed it tremendously…..already booked a 2nd trip….
They said their system failed to update and they didn't know it. I wasted an hour and a half of my life on the phone with them. Often cruise lines offer special rates that cannot be displayed to the general public.
